Kenton’s new SH-1000 and miniKORG MIDI Retrofit Kits give you enhanced control over your vintage synthesisers using MIDI, allowing you to control them from your DAW, sequencer or other controller. You can control notes, modulation, pitchbend and the synth’s LFO and filter cut-off. In addition, our Retrofit Kits give you sustain and slide/portamento.
Roland SH-1000 and miniKORG MIDI Retrofit Kit Features
- Add MIDI functionality to your synth, without changing it’s own functionality
- Automatically switches between keyboard and MIDI control
- Select any of the 16 MIDI channels
- Control note pitch, pitch-bend, modulation, filter cut-off (both low-pass and high-pass), sustain and slide/portamento
- Built in LFO that can modulate VCO and filter cut-off
- Adds MIDI In and MIDI Thru sockets, and a push button for programming the Retrofit Kit
- Setup is stored in non-volatile memory (EEPROM)
