Intelligent MIDI Merge
Fit and forget – this box merges the data from up to eight separate MIDI sources (e.g. master keyboards, controllers, computers etc.) into a single MIDI data stream which appears at both of the MIDI out sockets. The Merge-8 merges all MIDI data including MIDI Clock, MIDI time code and SysEx, and can also be configured as two completely independent 4 into 1 mergers with the simple press of a recessed button.
1 MIDI in to 25 MIDI thru
The THRU-25 receives MIDI data from a single MIDI OUT (e.g. a sequencer or master keyboard) and produces identical copies at the 25 MIDI THRU sockets. These can then be connected to the MIDI INs of sound modules or other devices which require MIDI signals sent to them. This high quality Kenton MIDI Thru box features opto-isolated MIDI In and separate drive for each MIDI Out, and works for ALL MIDI messages including Clock, SysEx, MTC – with less than one microsecond latency.
PRO CV to MIDI
CV to MIDI converter
Essentially the opposite to our Pro Solo, the Pro CV to MIDI goes the other way and generates monophonic MIDI from analogue CV / Gate signals. With very accurate CV tracking, the Pro CV to MIDI can send notes with accompanying MIDI pitch bend, to reproduce the full range of the analogue signal, not restricted to just semitone steps. There are also two assignable auxiliary inputs, which can be used to produce MIDI CCs, aftertouch, note velocity and more; as well as generating MIDI clock from incoming clock signals.
The Pro CV to MIDI can work with 1V/Oct, Hz/Volt or 1.2V/Oct pitch CV; and with gate or s-trig signalling. It even features an intelligent learn mode, so all you have to do is play a series of notes in as directed, and the Pro CV to MIDI will work out the CV scaling and gate settings for you!
