Flash update for the MIDI USB Host mkI & mkII

Note: Serial Numbers 0001 to 0540 cannot be updated by flash. If you have one of these and require an upgrade, please contact us.
This firmware update can be also applied to the MIDI USB Host mkI in order to upgrade it to mkII functionality.
