This product cannot be re-flashed. An EPROM chip must be replaced to upgrade the firmware.

Description
Note that mk1 units cannot be “upgraded” to mk2. The Pro Solo mkII was replaced by mk3 in November 2018. The mkII cannot be upgraded to mk3.
To check the firmware revision on the Pro Solo mkII, hold both Inc & Dec buttons in while you turn the unit on. The display will cycle round 2 groups of 2 numbers then 2 dashes: for example K1CV5146 will be shown as 51 46 — .
